6. Online Store & Print On Demand (POD)

Our store operates using third-party Print On Demand fulfillment partners. When placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All items are custom-made when ordered and are not stocked in advance.
  • Orders are processed securely through our payment partners such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full payment information.
  • Your shipping details are shared only with our fulfillment provider to complete your order.
  • Production and shipping times may vary depending on demand and carrier delays.

7. Refunds & Returns

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@puppetgate.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the defective item at no cost to you.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

The Site may contain links to other websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability
